This company did a full furnace and AC replacement in my home 12 years ago. It was flawless. They do routine maintenance yearly. We just had exceptional service again in May by them. Their technician, Mikhail, did the service for us multiple times. Then, 3 months later the AC crapped out. We knew it was a odd situation as the AC was just maintained. I called and in less than 24 hours they arrived, it was Mikhail. As usual he was exceptional and excellent. He explained things to me, taught me things, diagnosed quickly, replaced the original capacitor that caused the failure, did extra cleaning inside and outside the AC units -even though he did that in May this... read full review
They knew what they were doing! Very knowledgeable, experienced, and competent. CJ was great at explaining the whole process so I could understand what needed to be done. He was accommodating, skilled, friendly, and arrived on time. Overall good experience
Steve came out and engineered a total replacement system for our 23 year old home. We discussed my concerns and issues with the old system. He came up with a very reasonable price for a better than baseline system as we plan on staying and wanted to also add value and comfort to our home. When it came time for installation we knew it would be two days for the full system. Cody and Demetrius showed up right on time in full protective gear and uniforms. Were very polite and professional. They went straight to work being very respectful of our home.
