“I couldn't be more pleased with the job. Derek and Vince were the technicians. They were thorough and I liked they were shoe coverings whenever they entered the house. Derek was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.The guy that did the estimate and answered the phone wasn't exactly stellar in customer service. The two times I talked with him he acted like I was a bother. Normally I would not pursue anything further with a company that had that kind of representation. But my husband used Clean Air America in the past for different jobs and he didn't want me calling anyone else out. Plus the reviews are amazing. “I stopped by this location earlier today to return a pair of shoes I purchased online. The return process was seamless although I wish that the area had a sign Returns and just one more cashier. But not a big deal. A plan of this whole enormously huge place posted somewhere wouldn't hurt. Did some grocery shopping and was surprised to find out that the prices here are much better than at the Giant Eagle that is closer to home, but from now on I will not mind to drive an extra mile to get better prices.“
