Tia is amazing!! She is great at what she does! Tia is also friendly and good with all ages! She makes me feel pretty and takes the time to learn the best way to style and cut my difficult hair. Thanks to Tia!

On Monday , 4/29/24 I set up what would be considered a last minute hair appointment. I wasn’t too sure how well this would go ( I don’t get my hair done ever and the few times I have , have been not so great at other places) I tried giving myself highlights and of course did a terrible job. My appointment was with Leila and it was one of the best hair experiences I have ever had. She was personable, sweet, and did an amazing job on my hair/ fixed my DIY terrible highlights. For the experience and pricing for partial highlights / the toning she did- I was beyond grateful! I’m actually an Ulta Platinum member so I know my Ultas. This one is pretty similar to most, with relatively clean shelves and attractive displays. (I say relatively because the samples and testers are almost always empty and a complete mess. This is pretty consistent with the retail beauty industry.)
But the employee education is completely lacking here. I feel like almost every time I’ve gone into this store, I’m transported back into some kind of weird Mean Girls high school universe, with teenage girls behind the counter always talking badly about the customers and the management here.
