We had to get a back up pair of glasses for my son. We went to a Stanton Optical in Texas, we got the warranty and I am so very grateful for this, he broke his glasses while we were on our road trip and they were able to replace the frames at no cost here in Ohio with no complications, and absolutely no extra cost!They gave him a new case and also gave my other son a new case just because he asked.What’s even better, they were friendly and helpful. I am so grateful.Thank you!

This place is the absolute best! I came in today and was out within 10 minutes, I bought my glasses here over a year ago and they broke so I came in to see if I could get them fixed expecting to atleast pay something, but nope. Dave helped me out and fixed them for me for free. Recommend this place! Super affordable and amazing staff. Thank you again Dave!!!!

Myah was incredibly helpful. I walked in to browse around. She was very kind and not pushy at all. She was happy to get me scheduled for an exam later that afternoon. I came back and she had pairs laid out based on our brief conversation. I went with one she suggested and then searched around for a while for another pair. She was very patient with me as I browsed around for probably longer than needed. Afterwards, she took her time explaining everything about my options to make sure I got what was needed and was aware of the process. She did all this while also helping other guests. She is a great employee to have.
