After a BIG HONKIN' tree fell over onto our roof & did a bit of damage, I was looking for a contractor to handle the roof/gutter repairs. Our insurance company (USAA) mentioned that Possert was their local contractor-of-choice, so I contacted them.Things couldn't have been much simpler. The Possert guy came by my house, evaluated the needed repairs, and sent me a repair estimate.It wasn't all that hateful (especially since it would be covered by my home-owner's insurance).I told Possert "go ahead & do the repairs", and the magic happened.They repaired my home's roof, and also replaced the crunched gutters/soffets.All the while, there was EXCELLENT communication.We'd...read full review

I had a bad flood in my house, and they fixed everything: kitchen, second-floor bedroom, second-floor bath. It looks so much better than it ever did before. The house is 100 years old, and they made it look sparkling new! I would recommend them highly. Jason Best was my project manager, and he was always very responsive.!!
