Dr. Vincent and her technicians were hands down the best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I have had dogs my entire life and this is the best experience I have ever had. Unfortunately the breeder shaved her face? so I couldn’t get the complete look i wanted but I just know when it grows back they’ll have her looking so CUTE ? I contact them Tuesday got in Thursday the puppy cut was pretty affordable I can’t wait to work with them again in the future thanks guys!“

Just nails to be cut. Make sure u tell them to file as well. My dogs had clippings hanging still on the nails I had to pull off at home and they were really jagged“

“Great experience at the Centerville location self-wash service! My anxious heeler desperately needed a bath before ACL surgery and the tub at home wasn’t an option in his current condition. He refused the steps but the employee was so kind and patient and lifted him in and out of the tub (and he’s a chubby boy!). Their wash system was fast and easy, and the raised tub saved me from hours of back pain. I am so grateful for the help of the employee and we will definitely come back after he’s healed from surgery.“

“Pampered Pups is hands down the best groomer I have ever used!! Most groomers shy away from Huskies, especially huskies that have not been groomed recently. Pampered Pups may have taken 20 pounds of fur from each of the girls. Their white fun was somehow whiter than I have ever seen it! I can’t say enough about how good the girls look! We will be telling everyone how amazing you are!!!“

“I was very happy with the exam my kitty had with Dr. Will. I brought kitty in for a second opinion after our other vet brushed off dental concerns I had. Turns out, my girl needed to be seen and requires a dental (hopefully nothing serious, but we’ll find out). We also got blood work done same day, so I’m looking forward to her future care.“

“Stopped in to give the dog a bath. This is soooo much easier than doing it at home. All supplies (shampoo, brushes, dryer, towels) are provided and the dog can get in the tub without me having to lift her into it.“
