Patients praise the friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff, as well as the detailed explanations provided during exams. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have reported difficulties reaching the store by phone, with some having to visit in person to speak with a representative. Despite this, Pearle Vision remains committed to providing excellent eye care and personalized attention to its customers.
The optometrist was very nice & friendly. She took time to look into my eyes with care and shared the condition of my eyes with me. I would give optometrist Dr. Rudolf an A++. I would highly recommend this location for her :)
Extremely friendly staff that was willing to help me with understanding as much as possible. I had many questions and they answered all of them without hesitation or beating around the bush.
It begins with Caitlin up front getting me signed in she was friendly and professional,then Dr.Rudolf was very nice with explaining my exam and making sure I was informed about the process she was doing, To Tyler who made sure I had the right frames and could purchase them with out any issues. I will recommend them for sure.
