Newcomer, especially Samantha, was fantastic in helping our family. She answered every question and helped with every detail in a very kind, compassionate yet professional manner.
Everything went very well thanks to them.
No one wants to be here but Taylor was more than professional and she really went with our family vibe which was to celebrate my Daddy's life as much as possible. She went above and beyond in helping us to understand the next steps and even held on to everything from the service so we could go eat with the family and come back the next day to pick those things up. Samira was also there during his celebration of life and she was very helpful too. Taylor copied the obituary we had written and even helped us add things we hadn't thought of. We didn't care for the urns that were in the catalogue so she told us that we were able to pick one and bring it back.... read full review
Valerie was our funeral director and Megan assisted with our dad's service as well. There are no words to describe how caring and compassionate they both were with our entire family. I don't know how to thank them for being my rock and anchor. You and your loved ones will be treated with the utmost care, kindness and respect. I HIGHLY recommend the Beavercreek chapel. I will forever remember them for being a light in the darkness.
