Only good at threading went to get my eyebrows microbladed and it was horrible she told me it would be $100 but when she was done she told me $200 I am very upset and do not like the outcome I also will be going back to her tomorrow to tell her that I don't like it is very dark and it doesn't look shaded like I asked
I have had my eyebrows done many times but this is the first time I've ever been cut and leaving disappointed. This was my first time even going to the Fairfield mall in general (I go to the one in Cincinnati). The lady was nice but went very slow (also never had that a problem with that either). The lady didn't even acknowledge that she cut me, I felt the sting right when she did it and just kept going. I should have said something but i was with my husband and baby and we were there for a while and just wanted to leave. Wasn't expecting to get cut when paying $16.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. The behavior of the staff, particularly two women, was incredibly disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer at the Dayton Mall location for the past two years, and I've never encountered such a problem before, even with a slight wait so to experience this at Fairfield commons is ridiculous. The place was completely empty, and the two workers completely ignored me until I stood right in front of them. When I inquired about pricing, they both refused to provide me with any service, citing my gender as the reason and stating that the lady who does male brows wasn't available today.
