I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. The behavior of the staff, particularly two women, was incredibly disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer at the Dayton Mall location for the past two years, and I've never encountered such a problem before, even with a slight wait so to experience this at Fairfield commons is ridiculous. The place was completely empty, and the two workers completely ignored me until I stood right in front of them. When I inquired about pricing, they both refused to provide me with any service, citing my gender as the reason and stating that the lady who does male brows wasn't available today. I am really disappointed.i did my eyebrows and upper lip today’s morning.There were two ladies,their attitude was so rude.The older lady did it for me.But she literally ruined my eyebrows.When i told her u should remove hair from here i felt like she got angry on me.She did upper lip but still there is hair.I am scared to go again and ask her to do that.She even didn’t notice .Before completing mine she tried to attend another client.I paid $26 but they behaved like they did it free.The owner should monitor them.

I only come here to get my brows done. I’ve come for a while now. At first I wasn’t always happy as the job wasn’t consistent. Then I found Kejal and she’s done A WONDERFUL JOB every single time!! I’m saddened that she’s leaving due to having a baby but she will be greatly missed! She creates rapport between herself and customers, despite the language barrier. I truly have enjoyed seeing her here and getting my brows done by her. She listens and ONLY does what I want. Has never tried to push anything else on me or do it her what without listening. I highly recommend.Service: Hair threading
