I only use the machines and a few hand weights, and those work fine for me — I cannot comment regarding the free weights area or the showers/toilets that others have faulted. I come, workout, hop in the sauna and leave. I belong to both Esporta and Planet Fitness via Silver Sneakers and both are fine with me. I workout 2 of 3 times at Esporta, due to sauna, and work out 1 for 3 at Planet Fitness due to their ab workout room. Meets my needs and no extra cost to me due to Silver Sneakers. Staff at both places seem friendly, but I don’t ask anything of them. I like cleaning stations at Planet Fitness better.

I actually was looking for a nice class to try out and Adryan was able to find one that was best for me and my girlfriend definitely recommend coming. Look for Adryan he will be able to get you all set up ?
