So bellow were my thoughts on Jaqaunna’s Brazilian Wax Packsges. Although the information below is true, I need to add a revision to my review now. Please scroll to the bottom of this comment to see the negative part of my review. I get the Brazilian Wax package. I like this package because it is inexpensive compared to a one time wax. Once you have had this done, you never want to stop getting them and Jaquanna does an amazing job! I do not think that waxes are painful at all and she does the best wax job of any person I have ever had give me a wax. The wax is always the perfect temperature and she is fast and to the point. Sometimes after your first wax you may experience redness the first 24 hours but it quickly subsides and you can use aloe gel or something like that on it afterwards if there is irritation. Really though, if your considering a wax... GO TO JQ BEAUTY SPA! I was a faithful customer at JQ Beauty Spa since the year I got married 2017. I always got Brazilian wax packages and I never missed an appointment up until just recently after trying to get back on a wax schedule after having my second child. She is 5 months old now and I am healed and was ready to get rid of all that hair again! I mistakingly slept in when my 5 month old didn’t wake up when she normally does and so I missed the appointment! I was so upset. I tried to reschedule but accident scheduled for a date my husband works and can’t watch my two year old and baby. I couldn’t figure out how to cancel that appointment with the new website (I was used to the fb scheduling) and so I rescheduled for a time my mom could watch the kids and sent an email to Jaqaunna asking her to cancel the accident and make sure that the intentional scheduled date was secure in her records. I have always known her to be reasonable but her response was shocking to me. Here were her words as follows: Hi Brittney! I went ahead and canceled any future appointments you had with JQ Beauty Spa. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to take you as a client. I feel you may be a better fit for a salon that has a receptionist, and not online booking. I wish you the very best. Thank you, Jaquanna JQ Beauty Spa Sent from my iPhone My response: Hi there! I just saw an old email saying you canceled all my appointments but I received another email confirming my appointment Friday. I still plan on coming to you. There aren’t any more beauticians that offer Brazilian wax around me and I want to get back to the regular package schedule that I was on prior to having my second child. I hope you’ll still take my business. Let me know about my Friday appointment. All she said in response was that my appointments were all canceled. All this hurt me. I really wanted to continue coming to her. I wanted to continue recommending her. However, in light of the cold shoulder I cannot recommend jaquanna or JQ beauty spa because they fail to deliver good/kind and reasonable customer communications. I do not know what happened to her but this is where I stand now.

STOP LOOKING - I have been going to JQ Beauty for almost 4 years and LOVE JaQuanna!! Her suite is warm and inviting and JaQuanna makes you feel comfortable with whatever type of treatment/service she is providing. JaQuanna is very knowledgeable in her field and is always up to date on the latest beauty trends. I will never go anywhere else for my beauty/waxing needs!!
