Super honest and professional, I came in with a rug that I thought needed professional service and he told me I would save a lot of money just running it through a washing machine and letting it air dry. My rug is now nice and clean and I saved a lot of money instead of paying for professional cleaning. These folks are very honest and make sure you get good value from their services!

He cleaned my mother's carpet on the second floor. He was so nice to her (us) and explained what he was doing. He did an excellent job. My mother's elderly cat was incontinent in the days before her death so he was able to get rid of the smell. It really made a difference!
