I don't care for the fact that they do not want you in the treatment room with your pet. This is something they started during COVID and it seems they can not move away from that.
I have been taking my dog here for almost 14 years. Regardless of what some people post on here, Dr. Tracy Leonard has been nothing short of great. It recently became time for my boy to pass on. She was great and my boy Tyson felt no pain. She and her staff understand what we go through as per owners. I will take my next dog there for their entire life. I hope the staff sees this and knows how much I appreciate you all!
Dr Tracy and the nurses are good at their jobs and welcoming, never had any bad experiences as far as they go. Becky, their receptionist, on the other hand lived up to the reputation you see here in the reviews. If my wife and I brought it upon ourselves that would be one thing, like if we were rude or abusive owners, but the customers are the enemy to her clearly lol.
