I want to say that after calling a few of the bigger, corporate owned places that were astronomical in their quotes to my elderly mother, I called here because the business was local and that appealed to me if my mother needed to contact them. Eric responded immediately which I did not expect at all and in the end didn’t charge my mother at all because there were solutions that she could do on her own.
