I would caution anyone looking to build with Clemens company to do their due diligence. In my experience their customer service is beyond poor and entirely disrespectful to the consumers they service. I live in a neighborhood where Clemens currently runs the HOA, and we are awaiting the turnover to the homeowners. The turnover to homeowners has dragged on for years as the Clemens team still needs to complete projects for the community. Nate built us a great home and the service that he and Molly provided...and continue to provide for us in our new home have been great. We made the right choice going with this company.
Please save yourself time and money do not use this builder . From the dad rick to the sons they are not friendly and very hard to work with do your homework before you hire this builder be aware
