I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback regarding my recent visits to Beavercreek Dental Cabin. I must say that I have been very impressed with Dr. Kanetsky professionalism and courtesy during my appointments. However, I feel compelled to bring to his attention an issue that has been concerning me. On two separate occasions, my daughter, wife, and I have encountered an older female dental assistant who has displayed rude and condescending behavior towards us. This has left us feeling uncomfortable and has made us consider switching dentists. I believe that such behavior is unacceptable in a professional setting, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in the hopes that it can be addressed. I understand that managing a team can be challenging, but I believe that it is important to maintain a positive and respectful environment for both patients and staff. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that all patients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. After all, dental procedures are costly, and it's important for your staff to provide a positive experience to your patients.
Thank you so much for helping me out this morning in my desperate search for help with my broken tooth. I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to medical and dental care. Everyone was very kind and comforting and exceptional in their abilities. I look forward to returning in the future with more routine needs for myself and my family, rather than emergency.
