Due to her very unstable condition, they were able to bring her back to diagnostics and treatment immediately after speaking with reception. It appears that if a pet is in very unstable condition they are able to see them very quickly.

All of the staff I encountered, which in my case were primarily Dr. Taylor, as well as Megan, Erin, Hannah, and many others, were incredibly compassionate, understanding, and helpful. Especially when it came to answering any questions and helping me understand my cats condition.

Although my cat later passed at a different facility, all of the care my cat received was top-notch and I would most definitely recommend this location for your pets emergency healthcare.“
