From the time I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist. I did my check in process and was brought back to be seen. The doctor was very warm and attentive and made sure I had my medication sorted out with my insurance. He called me several times to keep me in the loop of everything. “I had an ear infection before coming to visit my parents and felt like it hasn't gotten any better, so I decided to go to the minute clinic to have it looked at. They've really improved since the last time I went to one. Usually, there's a two hour wait which is a pain. Now, you can hold your place in line online and show up when it's close to your turn. It said to be there by 2:30 and I probably had to wait 15 minutes once I got there, but that's still way better than before. Unfortunately, they couldn't really help me and said I would have to go to a doctor, but at least I didn't waste much time.“
