I wish I could give no stars. I've been a customer of U.S. Bank for over 10 years. Recently they let two checks get cashed for a second time. The checks were first cashed over a year ago. They acknowledged to me over the phone that they don't have a system for detecting whether a check has already been cashed. Therefore, they stated that they would theoretically cash a check an unlimited number of times. I was shocked! I now have to file a fraud claim through them to get the money back from the checks that they let go through twice. It could take up to a month for me to be refunded the money from their mistake. Been here several times. The tellers are nice and the lines are rarely long. ATM works swimmingly. And the notary on site handles most of my paperwork
