“This company did a full furnace and AC replacement in my home 12 years ago. It was flawless. They do routine maintenance yearly. We just had exceptional service again in May by them. Their technician, Mikhail, did the service for us multiple times. Then, 3 months later the AC crapped out. We knew it was a odd situation as the AC was just maintained. I called and in less than 24 hours they arrived, it was Mikhail. As usual he was exceptional and excellent. He explained things to me, taught me things, diagnosed quickly, replaced the original capacitor that caused the failure, did extra cleaning inside and outside the AC units -even though he did that in May this year, removed the fan housing and taught me about parts, how things work, and what to clean and watch out for, used 4 gauges to test temperature and other metrics, added 2 lbs of refrigerant, did a leak test at my request to get ahead of a future issue and found no leaks. It was perfect service, prefect customer interaction, very patient and excellent to take the time to teach me things. And out AC is running better than ever, thankfully, as last night was very warm and humid and we have two asthmatics in our home!“

“I would highly recommend DeLauro Remodeling. I had significant water damage to my home from a burst pipe in the hot water heating system in an upstairs bedroom. The damage ruined most of the first floor living areas including the kitchen. DeLauro Remodeling was the primary Rebuild contractor and did an excellent job of completing major repairs to restore my home to liveable, better than new condition. Dan and his team professionally handled repairs including drywall ceiling replacement and finishing/painting, electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinet installation, wood trim and crown moulding installation/painting, subfloor replacement and vinyl plank flooring installation, and a variety of other finishing work.
