I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I've been fortunate that I've had very little needed in the way of higher order care--nothing beyond regular cleanings and the occasional filling repair. Recently, I needed my first crown on a big molar--and the process was straightforward, any discomfort was extremely well-managed, and I knew exactly what to expect at each of the 2 appts required for the procedure. My original molar is now well-protected under a perfectly made and fitting high-quality crown and even if something goes awry--I have confidence that the remedy will be addressed quickly and professionally. Dr. Adelstein gave me a courtesy visit to look at my teeth problem. He told me a procedure, and I agreed. His kind staff scheduled a date. With no waiting, he treated my issues with gentleness and concern, answering my questions as he worked. His assistant, Naomi, was wonderful. She put me at ease and explained post care. Dr Adelstein was recommended to me by a friend, and I recommend him, also.
It's always a pleasure going to this dental office! They treat me like I'm the most important person and make me feel at ease in what could be an uncomfortable experience. I would recommend them to everyone!
