Super friendly staff. Wide selection of frames although I am a little disappointed they didn’t have the specific type of frames I use for cycling but we were able to find suitable alternatives. I appreciate that I was able to schedule my appointment online and even more convenient that the place is less than five miles from where I live. It even sits on a bus route so getting there is not an issue. Plenty of spots where I can lock my bike during my visit another convenience.
My experience was great. Check-in was seemless, the doctor was very thorough and finally picking my glasses which I dread, was a delight. They were so helpful and took their time finding the frames that were perfect for me. Everyone there was very friendly and professionally. Again, great experience!
