Balance Solutions is a warm and welcoming place, and the physical therapists, PTAs, and medical massage therapists are professional and incredible. Dr. Emily is amazing with her knowledge of pelvic floor, back, and hip issues. Balance Solutions has been the go-to place for patients, including those who have had two knee replacements, Pilates, and arthritic shoulders. The staff is amazing and caring, and patients are back on a bike (even at 84 years old) and continuing on shoulder therapy. The front desk staff is polite, kind, and knowledgeable, and patients feel they are getting better and better each week, with their questions thoroughly answered. Insurance is taken care of completely.

They are the best at getting to the cause of the problem and using many techniques to bring relief and healing. They do not just hand you lists of exercises to do at home. They are “hands on” to release tight muscles, trigger points, …. They have successfully treated me and my family for vertigo, hip, neck, lumbar, knee, shoulder and back problems. We are able to exercise, play sports, sleep, work at the computer, sit in a car for long trips, with no pain, after their therapy. They are committed to learning new skills and operate at the cutting edge of their field. Their practice is a happy, positive place for treatment of any problem.
