“Very impressed with Crescenze Cooling and Heating. Furnace went out, we called and they had sent out a repairman within a half hour. It turned out the repair wasn’t a quick fix so it could not be done that evening. Due to the cold weather they left electric heaters to keep the home comfortable and called me first thing the next morning. The crew was at the house early, installation went smooth. They were extra careful cleaning up and made sure there was zero mess for us after install. “I’ve used Air-On Mechanical several times now including the installation of my furnace 5 years ago. This morning I called because my furnace stopped working over the weekend. I called at 8:25 AM and by 9:10 two technicians were pulling into my driveway and a hour and a half later I had heat again. I felt the charge was very reasonable for two technicians spending that amount of time. Because of my previous positive experiences both of my daughters have had Air-On install new furnaces and AC units.“
