Had dry cleaning AND replacing buttons on a suit jacket. The attendant called to check with the alterations person to be SURE it would be no problem to replace all of the buttons. I consider this above and beyond service. Plus, it was handy to get a text when my order was ready.

We've had a great experience with Bay Village Tide Cleaners mostly due to employee Wendy. She has always gone the extra mile to be helpful. She even offers to come out to our car to help with heavy items like rugs. Can't say enough about how Wendy really makes this location shine.
