“Had a great pedi and gel mani here. The atmosphere was welcoming, there was a good selection of polished, and the friendly tech did a great job. He was careful with my messed up cuticles and my nails were as close to flawless as they can be. I was really impressed and will go back the next time I want a mani or pedi. I wish they had online scheduling because I hate talking on the phone but they are worth the call! Bring cash to tip - they graciously accept credit cards for the service but you can't add a tip on your card.“

I was in Ohio for a couple of days after Christmas and was desperate to get some highlights cleaned up before returning to work in Canada. I googled area salons and the reviews for Salon Jia Li seemed positive so I called and was given an appointment with Shelbi the following day. I did not need a cut but I can say that Shelbi did a wonderful job on the colour of my hair. She took her time and the result is lovely, and just what I was looking for. “Mimi is amazing!!! This was my first time getting a pedicure. She was flexible with scheduling a time for me to come in.

I requested her top tier pedicure service plan. Her attention to detail was second to none. My toenails never looked so good!!! She worked in lotion on my toes, feet, shins, and calves. The experience left my feet and lower legs reinvigorating. While sitting in the chair, it gave me a back massage, BONUS!!!

Mimi was courteous, friendly, and kind.
