Dr. Patel and the staff here are wonderful. I broke a tooth and they were able to get me in the same day, without being a current patient. Dr. Patel explained the treatment and took care of it. I felt so comfortable in the office that I am now an established patient, along with my family.
Iam a patient of Healthy Smiles. The level of care and expertise is the best I have had in years! I have recently had 3 crowns done and I was completely comfortable and appreciated how caring Dr. Patel is during the procedure. I was relaxed without anxiety, her assistants are highly trained and work well together. The office is conveniently located in Bay Village and has very flexible hours! Everything I could ask for in this dental office I recommend highly.
What an amazing experience. I had a tooth emergency and the staff took the time for me, I mean I had called 27 dentists to no avail and no help. Doctor Patel helped me she listened explaining my options. She made me feel heard. The staff is top notch unbelievable experience I am terrified of a dentist but plan on going back to Dr Patel for all my dental needs. Local dentist with an amazing staff thank you so much.
