Jacob from Gregory's Plumbing was exceptionally supportive. After reaching out to four different companies over four days, he was able to identify the issue with our sewer backup over the phone. Despite the snowy conditions, he drove out to Batavia, spending an hour in the evening to help us resolve the problem in the most speedy and cost-effective way possible!
