The staff are kind and sensitive, especially in difficult times, and some staff members, like vet tech Hannah, are particularly friendly, nice, and caring. The clinic is located in a historic building with character, and the staff's honesty and welcoming nature make it a great place to bring pets, even in tough situations, like saying goodbye to a beloved pet, such as a 15 year old Lab.
Family Animal Hospital has been by my side for more than 20+ years, seeing my seven dogs through all stages of their lives. My babies are new to this hospital and both times I've been here they have been wonderful. Very kind and personable. I'm so glad that I found a good place for my cats. The receptionist is warm and kind, the nurse (crytal) i believe was so sweet and helpful, and the Dr very professional and knowledgeable. Take your babies here!
I am a patron for over 15 years! Dr. Bard and the staff are extremely professional and kind. You feel the level of care, expertise and understanding for your companion as soon as you enter their doors. I take great comfort in knowing my family is in their compassionate, knowledgeable hands.
