“Nall’s Plumbing did excellent work for us. Prior to purchasing a house, a new septic install was completed by the seller. During tours of the house and the home inspection (prior to the new septic install,) there was no septic smell in the basement. Upon moving in (after the septic install,) we had a septic odor in the basement that fluctuated from mild to terrible over the course of many months. The septic company was not helpful in resolving the issue or guiding us to a solution. We had plumbers and drain companies look at the issue.
