“I took my almost 13 yrs old Sheltie, Rafiki (Rafi) to Turkey Family Pet Center Friday Feb 3 2024. I thought I would not bring him home. The assistant Corey was so sweet to my dog. Carried him to and from the car into and out of the office. He loved on him and was so helpful. We think he has cancer from the blood work but his issue that day was mobility and he is old and has arthritis. Corey did see him get up and walk some so Dr Horst decided to try Carprofen and Antibiotics to see if we got lucky and had more good time with him! Well it's Wednesday now and he has been doing real good. He can get up and down himself, go up and down stairs and walk the fenced in yard. I will take what time I can with my lovable companion as long as he's not suffering. Thank you so much Dr Horst and Corey. And thank you to the whole staff. Everyone was pleasant and compassionate! The waiting room is beautiful and very relaxing.“

“Petco always has everything I need and really they're great but the one con about the store is that most of the workers there don't seem to know much about the animal when I ask but I do think that the animals seem fine and have what they need“
“Took my puppy In to get his nails done before flying back home with him. Miss Allie was kind and very good with my little guy . Staff at store were really nice as well . Only reason I couldn't give it five stars was because of sticker shock. Heads-up! Pricing has gone up ! Nail trim with grinding use to be 11$ plus tip now is $19 . So be prepared to pay ! Came as a shock to me for a simple service . Appreciate Allie being so kind and good with my little Busta Rhymes“
