I home dyed my hair last evening spur of the moment. Woke up and looked in the mirror and realized wow it's horrible. Yellow, dark spots, splotchy, the whole 9 yards . I called studio eleven and Shannon called me back immediately asking for pics of my hair now and also what I wanted to achieve on a Sunday of all days too.
She took her time , got every piece colored, and actually exceeded my color expectations by far . She also cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, bangs and all and slowly made sure throughout the process Iiked what she did .

Check in is done electronically and is fast and efficient; no more signing your name on a sheet of paper. I have loved my nails every time I have gone- they are done exactly the way I want. My manicurist is Lexi, she is one of a kind: outgoing, professional, artistic, efficient, and she does stellar work!“

“My boyfriend and I have been here twice now for pedicures. We've had four different nail techs and all four of them have been fabulous. They were friendly, attentive and provided top notch service. The vibe of the salon is relaxing yet vibrant, if that makes any sense. Pedicures were fantastic and we loved the complimentary drinks! I also thought it was cool that they have a small selection of clothing and accessories for purchase. We love that we're given the choice of bath bomb and sugar scrub for our treatment. The only suggestion I would have is that, while the pedicure chairs look grand, they are a tad uncomfortable and it's hard to step in and out of the chair because it's such a tight space. Changing the chairs to something better suited for the space they are in would be a welcome change. Or even better...massaging chairs!! During our most recent visit, we had a bit of an awkward experience when one of the staff asked my boyfriend to leave the chair (we paid for a couples pedicure and I was still getting my toes painted, while his was complete) because someone else wanted their toes done, without an appointment. It was sort of awkward and a little disappointing given that we paid for the same service (and time allotted for that service), yet he was asked to get up and ultimately have our time together, disrupted and cut short. The staff member was as polite as she could be about it (and I could tell she was put in that weird position by another staff member for their own client), but we thought this could have been handled differently so that we didn't leave feeling disappointed after having a great experience up until that point.“
