Beware bed eleven had 7 bulbs out. Went there Friday 4/14 around4:30.I told the very nice employee about this and he apologized and said thanks for letting him know.Too bad he most likely doesnt have the power to replace a poor experience, that falls on ownership.Definitely would have prevented a poor review.

The staff is quick and courteousEverything is cleanEven during peak times I’m in and out quickly. I never have to wait.A one month package was $70. A bit pricey, but I didn’t want a subscription as other reviews and signs all over the place said you had to cancel in writing 30 days Before the draw. So I thought that was too much of a hassle so I just did a month before vacation

Customer service is somewhat of a pastime unfortunately, however, Jenna is always so nice & professional. It’s refreshing! Cortney (Whom I’ve only spoken to on the phone) is also very nice. They’re both so friendly, helpful and professional. Much appreciated ladies! Most importantly their highest level beds & their spray tan is AWESOME! I’ve tanned (spray & beds) at plenty of places! and often I have to question if there’s even in color in the spray tan and also wonder how old their bulbs are!?! Not @ TNT Avon ? Thank You!
