The best experience with Roto Rooter today. Unfortunately it was a very difficult job. Matt S was prompt, professional, experienced, friendly. He explained pricing and procedures and possible scenarios. He worked tirelessly and provided his recommendations. I feel fortunate to have had his professionalism. I highly recommend Roto Rooter because of his representation.
Had a bad drain block in my shower and called Roto Rooter. They were able to come out almost immediately and resolve my issue with ease. Matt S (badge 8106) was kind, helpful and courteous to my home. Matt even went out of the way to clean up/wipe down some water that had dripped over the edge even although he had no obligation to. Highly recommend Roto Rooter!
