My mother had an awful experience! After being rescheduled for the third time she showed up for her appointment to be told she didn’t have one! At no fault of hers, the receptionist gave her the wrong day! Dr Krause said he would not take her as a walk in and walked in his office and shut the door. Then proceeded to go outside for smoke break. He had 40 minutes free in which he could have taken her! I’m shocked at the lack of care for patients and customer service! If he would have taken the time to listen he would have realized it was their fault. Will never return again!

I have purchased my last 8 pairs of eyeglasses and multiple annual orders of contact lenses here with the assistance of their opticians. The help they have provided in selecting frames, adjusting frames so they fit comfortably, and assisting with any other questions has been excellent. Highly recommend!

Place is great - but they need to hire someone to salt / clear snow who knows what they're doing. Almost went down the 12/19 with the snow and ice. Whomever they hired is clueless.
