I had an issue that turned out to be heavy root blockage of the sewage line. Jim came out and cleared it in addition to repairing some piping at the cleanout in the front yard. He did all this for a price which I considered more than reasonable.
Even more, he had the integrity diagnose the issue fairly instead of trying to sell me on a sewer pipe replacement or other services to pad the bill.
If you need a plumber in the Cleveland area, you will not find one with more skill, experience, or integrity. I won't hesitate to use Action Plumbing again and to recommend them to my family and friends. Seriously, you can stop looking, this is the plumber you want.

Jim contacted me within 1/2 hr of getting my phone call and I texted information about my existing hot water heater & he was able to replace it the very next day with one that was way more efficient. He was on time, so knowledgeable and no mess (even after having to make the area bigger to accommodate the new unit). Jim replaced my hot water tank today. He arrived early, and was very knowledgeable & professional -- I hope to have him back to do more work at my house (replace the vanity in our first floor 1/2 bath). I would definitely recommend Action Plumbing. He corrected a lot of work that the prior owner had messed up and pointed out other things that I might want to consider fixing in the future (for example, the prior owner had improperly vented the furnace).
