A great neighborhood gym. The facility is always clean, the owner and trainers are super friendly, and the combination of machines and free weights are more than I need to get a good workout. They also don't hard-sell you like the jerks at big franchises like Anytime Fitness do.
Have been a member here for three months and have found the gym to be clean, well-equipped and since members have access it is very convenient. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Other patrons are kind and respectful also. Great place to work out!!
Great gym. Not too big, has everything you need, isn't crowded, affordable, always clean. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating if you need something. Also they're open 24 hrs so it"s very convenient. Personal training services are also very good, professional and affordable. I've been a member at many local gyms over the years and I really love this one.
