After ordering tile for two bathrooms at another place in Avon Lake and month later tile still not in we demanded our money back. Went to Premier Custom Flooring. What a breathe of fresh air. Carl came out and measured and Jackie put in the order. The quote was good and tile came in within a week but problem getting transition stripes from supplier. Not their fault though. They came day before Thanksgiving at 9 am. The two men worked their tails off. Never took a break and finished up at 3pm. The floors are beautiful and workmanship superb. What a great way to run a business. ! Thank you so much Carl and Jackie.

We got a quote on flooring from another flooring company down the street. Although they were very helpful, it was much more then we thought it should be. We had a very good experience with Premier in the past when they refinished our foyer and put in new carpet throughout our house but I didnt see the same flooring I had liked at the other place. My husband decided to call Premier anyways just to see if they could maybe soecial order the flooring we liked and give us another quote... so we called them on a Tuesday close to 5pm.
