My husband and I want to give a huge shout-out to NewCastle Roofing and Remodeling in Avon Lake, and to Kyle, Dave, Rick, and the crew!
Our new roof looks gorgeous, and their work ethic and professional knowledge are phenomenal. They went above and beyond on everything. Great communications on their part, too, both onsite and with the office.
It’s SO hard to find a top-notch local company like NewCastle, that has deep roots in the community, and is staffed with quality people you can trust to do an amazing job.

I emailed Dave regarding an attic fan installation. Not only was he was very responsive, he also answered my questions and helped me understand the full process and type of fan to purchase. Within a couple of days, they had me on the schedule. The crew was knowledgeable when they were installing and knew where to place it for best results. Within a half hour, the job was done. Clean crew, organized, and efficient with their work. Also, Newcastle Roofing was very reasonable compared to the other roofing companies. Great work, thank you again Dave!
Words can't express the appreciation I have for Dave Hillie, Newcastle Roofing and Remodeling and the crew that did such an outstanding roofing replacement for me. They were very professional and respectful to my property and the neighbor's. There cleanup was impressive. I am thrilled with the entire job from Dave's job cost proposal to the reapplication of the Leaf Gard filters at the end.. IF it weren't for the new roof that looks great you could not tell how much work was done. The crew took real pride in their work from start to finish.
