I was in Ohio for a couple of days after Christmas and was desperate to get some highlights cleaned up before returning to work in Canada. “Dr. Karen Larson as she was known then in 1988 did a Dermabrasion on one side of my face while her mentor, Dr. Sam Sato, did the other side at Metro hospital in Cleveland. While Sato was an unpleasant man, Dr. Larson couldn't have been better. In fact the side she did turned out better in the long run. She is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend her.<br>On a personal note, my condolences on the loss of her father.“

“I have been coming for electrolysis from Jeanne since April of 2021. She has done an amazing job on me. She explained approximately how long it would take to achieve the results I was looking for. I began with 45 min sessions every other week and we have kept up with our schedule consistently to ensure the best results. It has been exactly the results I was looking for and in the timeline she predicted. Patience and consistency is key! It really works! “I took my daughter on 5/1 to get her eyebrows done because her Prom was that coming Friday. The lady that did her eyebrows has done both of our eyebrows in the past and did a fairly decent job. But this day she didn't when we first arrived she was on the phone and while she was doing my daughter's eyebrows she continued 2 stay on the phone which is extremely rude and unprofessional altogether. After we got done I can tell by the look on my daughter's face she didn't like the way one of her eyebrows looked so I preceeded back in there and kindly asked her can she fix this one eyebrow for us. She fixed it but 2 me it seems like she really didn't want too. So with that conclusion we will never go back there again until they get some new faces in there. A few years back it used 2 be black ladies in there what happened?? They need 2 bring those women back. Because this lady doesn't do a good job.“
