Little slice of heaven. Have been taking Lanie's class for 20 years. She is the most intuitive instructor. Everything about her practice is perfection. Her voice, her words, the music, and the movement. Tell your friends....
Tonight was my first time at this studio, and I was delighted in every way! The teachers (there were two!) offered such a wonderful class that brought me a lot of peace. I felt very grateful for the hands on assists and especially loved the gong savasana . I'll definitely go back!
