Our daughter passed away the end of April. We ordered an urn and had taken it to ventling to have it engraved on May 8th. We spoke with Ethan and he assured us he could have it done in 7 to 8 days. Two weeks later, we called to check on the progress and he informed us that the urn we had brought in had been damaged during the engraving. He said I had been ordered but had not arrived and he would keep us updated. I asked whether or not he thought the urn could actually have the engraving done without damage. He assured me it could. Communication was sparse and inaccurate. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The headstone was fine. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.
