I used the self wash station today with my Husky Bandit. The staff was so helpful, his harness got stuck around his head and neck and the staff came back with scissors to help me cut it off, and help pick out a new collar for my boy bandit. The prices were very reasonable, and the self wash area was very nice and clean and easy to use.
The owners are great. I find it funny that there will often be 3 or 4 kids standing around the registers and won't even offer to grab the door for you as you're leaving work your hands full... but i guess it's that generation.
The staff at the Pet Supplies Plus in the Austintown Plaza are all very friendly and always willing to help with whatever I need. They always ask if I need help with carrying my purchases to my car. They can always answer questions about the products they carry too.
