While many organizations advertise the “team” culture as the popular buzz word of the times it is absolutely true here in Austintown at the Drayer Physical Therapy Institute. From your first step inside the door to your initial evaluation to your treatment and eventual “graduation”, this is a team effort. Their internal communication ensures that regardless of who might be treating you on a given appointment you’re getting exactly the correct treatment that day. Tennis elbow, yuck! I had been struggling with the limiting effects and pain of tennis elbow for six months. I spoke with my doctor and she recommended physical therapy. My doctor referred me to a different facility, however; I wanted to go to Drayer (in Austintown) because it was close to my house. What a great decision that was. My initial evaluation was very thorough. I asked about dry needling and they set that up. As well as, each time I came in, no matter which therapist worked with me. I found each one very competent. The entire staff was awesome to work with. They are so supportive, provide strategies and other resources and are so encouraging. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs rehabilitation services. Much gratitude to everyone there.
