Ruth at the Austintown location was extremely helpful and pleasant the entire experience! I came in last minute for my wedding dress to get altered and she had it perfect the next day!!! 10/10 recommend this place. Everyone was wonderful
I had the privilege of working with Ruth. I found out I was pregnant 4 months before my wedding and was so excited but also nervous about my dress. Ruth met with me many times to make sure I knew all my options for my wedding dress. She made me feel so important each time I was there. She honored the “Christmas in July” discount because I came in in July but paid everything in October. She was so nice and kind the whole process and made my dress BEAUTIFUL! I could not recommend her more
