JTA did an awesome job! My old HVAC system went down in the middle of winter and Nick had his technician out to my house right away. The technician Joe was clean and efficient. 10/10
Where do I begin? For those who don't know, we have suffered for the past 2 weeks with no heat & no hot water. It has been miserable, stressful, heart breaking and more. We felt defeated, after numerous estimates & sources.. we were left with no hope. We didn't have 20 thousand to shell out and not good enough credit for financing. What were we going to do? We called one last spot on a whim and that is when the Owner (Nick) of JTA came out next day for a free estimate. We expected the same run around. But we soon found out there were other options. Nick listed EVERY single thing we could do, left us with as much information as he could and emailed us quotes within 2 hours. We discussed and chose what we felt was best given the knowledge we gained. This was Friday, February 7th. Fast forward to Monday, we paid our deposit and got the ball rolling. Nick made sure to tell us that his team is extremely busy, but that he would make us a priority due to our situation. Next day he had someone come to get a list of materials. Thursday comes and we have a team of installers come and get the job started. Both of these men were thoughtful, respectful, knowledgeable and professional! It's now Friday and I can happily say we are going to sleep in a warm house, and have all gotten scolding hot showers 😂😅 ONE WEEK this company made it happen start to finish. I would recommend them over and over again based on them staying true to their word, being kind, knowledgeable and respectful. To Nick and your team, I can not thank you enough 🙏
