The staff is attentive . Therapists & nurses do an excellent job. My mother was there for months & I visited at least every other day. I eventually found out they like visitors to sign in to identify residents who do not get visitors so they can get more attention by staff & activities. A very nice looking facility run by very good employees!
My sister Karen is so fortunate to be living at the Avenue of Aurora. Care is great, the administration does a wonder job of running the building. Karen and Amber have made our family very secure and kept us informed on a regular basis. The building is immaculate, the nursing staff hands on with whatever needs my sister may has. We could not have found a better place for my sister and she is very happy in all categories of living at The Avenue.
I would like to take the time to say that I spent 5 weeks here at the Avenue at Aurora. My experience has been great. The staff and administration took great care of me and answered any questions I had. PT and OT worked with me to get me in shape to go home. If I would ever need to go to Rehab again, I would definitely come back here ! Thanks again to the staff.
