Had a 10$ money order I needed to cash tonger my wife's medications. I go up to customer service to cash it. She just says yeah, we'll cash that. Then hands me back 6$. Says yea, it's 4$ to cash it. I said that's almost half the FN money order! But couldn't get the money order back. She could have disclosed they charge that price on EVERYTHING! And why do they make it almost impossible to return brand new stuff? Now you get the 3rd degree! Was bringing back car stuff and got attitude for not having my receipt. It's like wtf?!?

I called for prices on tires put me on hold, 25minutes later I hung up because they never came back to the phone. I could have drive the 27miles it takes me to get there and find the price before they got back to the phone.
