I took my dog, King, in for his skin allergies. I explained his history of abuse and and neglect prior to me adopting him and shared his boundaries with the staff. Everyone was super understanding and worked with me to make him comfortable and not scared. Usually veterinary appointments are a traumatic experience for him, but that wasn't the case yesterday. 💖💖 He's already feeling better and getting back to being his playful self. Thank you!
The vet actually listened to us and answered all of our questions. She was very nice and thorough at explaining to us what the mass could be on my dogs belly and the next step for surgery. ( Our previous vet was always rushing us and we felt like he wouldn’t lessen to us ) We did not feel that way at Ohio Valley Athens. They will be our new vet for both of our dogs from here on out. Thanks Ohio Valley Athens vet clinic so much for taking care of our Dogs/babies.
The veterinarian Dr. Wiley and staff are amazing very attentive and thorough. We're upfront about care and cost and went over after care so it was easily understood. There simply amazing and saved my dog.
